1) Arabian Centres Co. reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 327.2 million in the first nine months ended 31, 2021, a 9% decrease year-on-year (YoY).
2) Riyad Bank announced the completion of the issuance dollar-denominated Tier 1 capital sukuk, with a value of $750 million.
3) Shares of East Pipes Integrated Co. will begin trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) as of Monday, Feb. 14, with the symbol1321 and ISIN Code: SA15GH80KKH0.
4) Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.'s obtained the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) approval on its request to reduce its capital from SAR 175 million to SAR 50 million.
5) Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maaden) announced the completion of the construction and pre-commissioning activities for the third ammonia plant in Ras Al-Khair.
6) Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) signed a SAR 119.80 million contract with Mohammmad Al-Ojaimi Contracting Co. to carry out design, approval and implementation of the infrastructure works at the company’s plots located in Al-Qadisiyah neighborhood in Riyadh.
7) Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. was awarded a contract by Al Hokair Group of Companies to provide general insurance services for the firm’s employees for SAR 25 million.
8) Brent crude on Friday gained $3.03 to reach $94.44 per barrel. WTI crude also increased $3.22 to reach $93.10/bbl.
