SAIB appoints audit committee chairman, members

The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) appointed Khaled Al-Rowais as the Chairman of the audit committee, effective as of the approval date of the general assembly meeting, which will be held later, according to a bourse filing.

SAIB also appointed to the audit committee Mohammed Khamees Bamaga, Fayaz Sayed Bilal, Almaa Saeed AlMutair, and Badr Abdullah AlMazroa.

Al-Rowais holds a bachelor of accounting from King Saud University and has an extensive experience in accounting, audit and financial management.
