Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Monday.
1) Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) turned to a net loss after Zakat and tax of SAR 29.2 million in the nine-month period ending on Dec. 31, 2021.
2) Leejam Sports Company (Fitness Time) swung to a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 206 million for 2021.
3) Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co. reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 34 million for the first quarter ended Dec. 31, 2021, a 20% decline year-on-year (YoY).
4) Alinma Bank reported a net profit of SAR 2.709 billion for 2021, an increase of 38% YoY.
5) Jabal Omar Development Co. announced the early partial redemption of sukuk amounting to $67.5 million out of the total face amount of $135 million.
6) Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. submitted a request to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to increase its capital through a rights issue worth SAR 265 million.
7) Alinma Bank established a special purpose vehicle (SPV), Alinma SPV Ltd., licensed in the Cayman Islands, with authorized capital of SAR 187,500 ($50,000).
8) Brent crude on Monday settled at $93.27 per barrel. WTI crude declined 59 cents to reach $91.72/bbl.
