Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. shareholders will vote on appointing external auditors and setting their fees, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), which will be held on Feb. 28, according to a bourse filing.

 

The auditors will be assigned to review the annual financial statements for 2022, including Q2, Q3 and Q4 financials and Q3 2023.
