Nama Chemicals elects board members for 3-year term

Nama Chemicals Co.'s shareholders approved electing board members for the next three-year term, starting from Feb. 17, during the ordinary general meeting held on Feb. 1, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The members are Saeed Bin Ahmed Bayounis, Abdullah Bin Jaber AlFifi, Haytham Bin Faisal Oskoubi, Mohammad Bin Zohair Murad, Eyaad Bin Ishaq Afghani, Hamza Bin Ghulam Joharji, Abdullah Bin Hajrs AlSubayil and Faiz Bin Ahmed AlAhmary.
