Saudi Catering reappoints Mohammed Al Sarhan as board chairman

Saudi Airlines Catering Co.’s board of directors named Mohammed Al Sarhan (independent member) as board chairman for the current three-year term started on Jan. 26, 2022, the company said in a bourse statement today, Jan. 27.

 

Raed Ibraheem Al Mudaiheem (independent) was appointed Vice-Chairman.

 

Meanwhile, they approved the formation of the audit, as well as nominations and remunerations committees, along with the appointment of representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

 

The board also approved the appointment of a board secretary.

 

Meanwhile, voting on the composition of the audit committee will be approved at the general assembly meeting on Feb. 13, the statement noted.
