Tadawul complies with IOSCO principles for financial benchmarks

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced the implementation of International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) principals for financial benchmarks.

 

These principles aim to boost the market governance and transparency for all market participants.

 

Tadawul policies will comply with IOSCO’s recommended practices as of Jan. 25, 2022.

 

These principles address the conflict of interest, increase transparency, enhance reliability, and reinforce the attractiveness of the Saudi capital market as a global investment destination.
