National Building shareholders approve amending articles of association

Shareholders of National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) approved amending the company’s articles of association during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Jan. 20, 2022.

They also approved the appointment of Sayed Mahmoud (non-board member) as an audit committee member, effective as of Dec. 12, 2021 until the end of the current term, the company said in a bourse filing.

Additionally, shareholders endorsed the formation of an audit committee for the next three-year term, starting from Jan. 29, 2022. The audit committee members are Obaid Saad Al-Subai, Muhammad Issa Al-Dugailbi and Sayed Mahmoud.
