Aslak extends nominations for board membership until Jan. 27

United Wire Factories Co. (Aslak) extended for the second time the last date for submission of nominations for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting Oct. 4, 2022.

Candidates can submit nomination applications until Jan. 27, the company said in a bourse filing today, Jan. 20. The nomination application process, which opened on Dec. 6, 2021, was initially due to close on Jan. 1. The date was first extended to Jan. 22.

The nominated members will be elected during the general meeting, whose date will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
