Baazeem starts e-voting for OGM today

Shareholders of Baazeem Trading Co. start today, Jan. 17, the electronic voting (e-voting) on the agenda items of its ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on Jan. 20, according to a bourse filing.

 

They will elect a new board of directors for the upcoming three-year board term, starting Jan. 26, 2022.
