Arabian Centres’ board names Mohamed Mourad as Managing Director

The board of directors of Arabian Centres Co. approved today, Jan. 12, appointing Mohamed Rafic Mourad as the Managing Director, starting from Jan. 11, 2022, until the end of the current board term, with changing his membership type to Executive.

The decision followed the resignation of the board member, Salman Abdulaziz Al-Hokair, from this position, while he will remain as a board member and Deputy Chairman with changing his membership type to Non-Executive.

This will be effective from the same date until the end of the current term, the company said in a bourse statement.

The new MD was appointed as a board member since Jan. 1, 2022.
