Al Alamiya reappoints Abdulaziz Hasan as Chairman

Al Alamiya Cooperative Insurance Co. received the Saudi Central Bank’s (SAMA) approval, on Jan. 10, appointing Abdulaziz Bin Hasan (independent member) as Chairman for the new term started Nov. 16, 2021, until Nov. 15, 2024, the insurer said in a bourse filing today, Jan. 12.

 

SAMA has also approved appointing Tariq AlNaeem (independent member) as Vice Chairman for the same term and approved members of the remuneration and nomination, investment, executive, risk and audit committees.
