Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Sunday.

 

1) National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 18.1 million for the first quarter ending Nov. 30, 2021.

 

2) Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies (AWPT) amended the Sharia-compliant facility agreement signed with Arab National Bank.

 

3) The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved an application from Saudi Cable Co. to reduce its capital to SAR 262.3 million from SAR 360.61 million.

 

4) Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group signed a lease contract with Tabuk Municipality to build, operate and maintain a hospital on the land located on King Faisal Road, Tabuk city.

 

5) Shareholders of International Company for Water and Power Projects (ACWA Power) approved dissolving the current board that started from July 5, 2019.

 

6) Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. announced the start of the procedures to recover its rights against the executor (buyer) by submitting the execution application to the Execution Court in Riyadh.

 

7) Brent crude on Friday declined 24 cents to reach $81.75 per barrel. WTI crude also decreased 56 cents to reach $78.90/bbl.
