CHUBB Arabia shareholders to vote on appointing audit committee member on Jan. 27

CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co. will vote on the appointment of Bader AlReziza as an independent audit committee member, effective as of Jan. 27, 2022, until end of current term on July 25, 2024.

This will come during the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for Jan. 27, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

AlReziza will replace former committee member Abdullah Bakhraibah.

Shareholders can remotely vote on the general meeting agenda items as of Jan. 23, 2022.
