Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. starts today, Jan. 5, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) that will be held on Jan. 9, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Shareholders of Amana Insurance will vote on the merger with Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. during the EGM, Argaam reported.
