Aldrees sees SAR 6.1 mln worth of negotiated deal on Tuesday

Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. saw a negotiated deal on its shares today, Jan. 4, where 90,000 shares were privately traded at a negotiated price of SAR 67.30 per share, for a total of SAR 6.06 million.

 

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not directly impact market price.
