CHUBB Arabia appoints new audit committee member

CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors approved, today, Dec. 30, the appointment of Bader Alreziza as a new audit committee member, the company said in a bourse statement.

The appointment is pending the approval of the upcoming general meeting, whose date will be announced later. 

Alreziza will replace Abdullah Bakhraibah (independent member) until the end of the current board term on July 25, 2024.

Alreziza, who has more than 20 years of experience in the field of management, holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, the US. He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Science from the same university.

The appointment will be presented to the upcoming general assembly meeting for approval.
