Sumou Real Estate reappoints Ayedh Al Qahtani as Chairman

Sumou Real Estate Co.’s board of directors approved, on Dec. 29, appointing Ayedh Al Qahtani as Chairman and Saeed Salem Al Nahdi as Vice-Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

 

Company representatives were also named for purposes related to the application of laws and regulations at both the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), in addition to appointing a board secretary.
