CHUBB Arabia says audit committee member resigns

CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co. announced the resignation of audit committee member, Abdullah Saleh Bakhraibah, effective Dec. 31, according to a bourse filing.

 

The resignation was submitted due to personal reasons.

 

Bakhraibah was appointed as member of the audit committee on July 24, 2021.
