Enma Al Rawabi shareholders to vote on amending bylaws on Jan. 18

Enma Al Rawabi Co.’s shareholders will discuss amending bylaws, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), slated for Jan. 18, 2022, according to a bourse filing.  

 

Shareholders will vote on amending the bylaws related to the company’s establishment, name, headquarters, share issue, management, board meetings, and dividend payment. 

 

Shareholders can start e-voting as of Jan. 14, the statement added.
