Thimar Holding says court to study extending deadline for financial reorganization on Dec. 29

Thimar Development Holding Co. said that Riyadh Commercial Court set Dec. 29 as a date for considering the extension of the deadline for submitting the financial restructuring proposal.

 

Any relevant updates will be announced in due course, Thimar said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In October, Thimar was notified by its attorney that the Commercial Court in Riyadh agreed to extend the deadline for preparing the financial restructuring proposal for 100 days, starting from Sept. 2, 2021.
