Takween says CEO to resign in February 2022, assigns task to Managing Director

Takween Advanced Industries Co.’s board accepted today, Dec. 16, the resignation of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ali Hassan Al-Jameel, effective Feb. 1, 2022.

 

The resignation was submitted citing personal reasons, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company’s board issued a resolution, based on the recommendation of the nominations and remuneration committee, assigned the CEO responsibilities to managing director Jameel Abdullah Al-Molhem, where he will oversee all executive duties of the company as of Feb. 2, 2022.

 

Al-Molhem holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing science from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals. He is as well a board member in multiple listed companies.
