Saudi telecom sector grows by 6% in last 4 years: Minister

The Saudi telecommunications sector saw cumulative growth at 6% in the past four years, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdullah Alswaha said.

 

Moreover, the technology sector grew by 11% during the four-year period, similar to the growth of the global emerging markets index.

 

“The Kingdom is witnessing accelerated change,” Alswaha added during the Saudi Budget Forum 2022 held today, Dec. 13.
