Yousef Al-Benyan, GPCA Chairman

The Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association’s (GPCA) board agreed to move the forum between GCC countries’ capitals starting from next year, said Yousef Al-Benyan, GPCA Chairman and SABIC Vice Chairman and CEO.

The next destination of the forum will be Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, the association said in statement.

The GPCA was established in 2006 to represent the downstream hydrocarbon industry in the Arabian Gulf. Today, the association voices the common interests of more than 250 member companies from the chemical and allied industries, accounting for over 95% of chemical output in the GCC.

The forum was held in Dubai every year until now.
