The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) announced the suspension of all flights to and from Nigeria due to Omicron concerns.

The authority also updated the approved institutional quarantine procedures for the citizens coming to the Kingdom from the travel suspended countries.

However, those who spent not less than 14 days in a non-suspended country are excluded from the decision.

GACA stressed the application of the institutional quarantine procedures for five days to foreigners coming from Nigeria, while submitting the PCR results for the first and fifth days regardless of the vaccination status.

The home quarantine will also be applied to citizens coming from all suspended countries for five days, provided that the traveler submits the PCR results for the first day and fifth days, regardless of the immunization status.
