Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.
1) International Company for Water and Power Projects (ACWA Power) and Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking (Natixis CIB) signed a MoU to collaborate on funding ACWA Power's projects in the region.
2) Nayifat Finance Co. declared a 7.5% cash dividend for the second and third quarters of 2021, at 7.5% of capital, or SAR 0.75 per share, totaling SAR 75 million.
3) National Building and Marketing Co.’s (NBM) subsidiary, Ajeej Steel Manufacturing Co., commenced trial operations to expand the smelter’s capacity to 100,000 tons annually.
4) The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) was awarded a contract by Saudi National Bank (SNB) to provide health insurance services for the bank’s employees and their families.
5) Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies renewed and amended the Shariah-compliant facility agreement worth SAR 277.2 million with Arab National Bank.
6) Brent crude on Tuesday rose 0.56% to reach $73.49 per barrel. WTI crude gained 0.82% to reach $70.06/bbl.
