The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) lifted the trading suspension on Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shares, starting today, Dec. 5, according to a statement.
The decision came after the insurer announced, on Dec. 1, its financial statements for Q2 and Q3 2021. It was on Tadawul’s powers stipulated in the listing rules, it noted.
Tadawul suspended trading on Al Sagr Cooperative’s shares starting Sept. 21, due to failure to disclose financial statements for Q2 2021 during the specified regulatory period, Argaam reported.
The stock closed on Sept. 20, 2021, at SAR 14.60.
