Edaa deposits Naseej subscribed securities today

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited today, Dec. 2, Naseej International Trading Co.’s subscribed securities into the accounts of eligible securities’ holders, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company offered 15 million shares at SAR 10 per share.

 

Earlier in November, Naseej’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to increase capital to SAR 211.6 million from SAR 61.6 million, via a SAR 150 million rights issue, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Nov. 4, according to Argaam.

 

Coverage ratio for the shares was 95.85% through subscribing to 14.38 million shares out of 15 million shares, while the coverage ratio for the remaining offering amounted to 663.4%.
