Malath opens nominations for board membership today

Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. opens today, Nov. 28, the nomination process for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year session, starting April 6, 2022.

 

Nominations start today and will end on Dec. 12, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Each shareholder has the right to nominate himself or another person or more for board membership, given that he fulfils the relevant conditions as stipulated in the Board Membership Selection Criteria Policy.

 

Selection of the nominated members for the board of directors will take place at the upcoming general assembly meeting, which will be announced later, after obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
