1) Etihad Etisalat Co.’s (Mobily) board of directors recommended an 8.5% cash dividend for 2021, at SAR 0.85 per share, amounting to SAR 654.5 million.
2) Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) signed a contract with Saudi Airlines Catering Co. (SACC).
3) Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co. opened two new branches in Hail, bringing the total number of its branches in the Kingdom to 267.
4) Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. announced that the rump offering was 778.9% oversubscribed.
5) The Mediterranean and Gulf Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Co.’s (MEDGULF) rights trading period ended on Nov. 25.
6) Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed an operation and maintenance contract for Hail Al Hamemah water treatment plant with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture.
7) Brent crude on Friday declined $9.50 to reach $72.72 per barrel. WTI crude also decreased $10.24 to reach $68.15/bbl.
