1) Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced that a commercial case was filed against it by Ettesaq Ltd Co. before Riyadh Commercial Court.
2) Naseej International Trading Co.’s rights issue shares were 95.85% subscribed, as subscribers injected SAR 143.78 million to subscribe to 14.38 million shares.
3) Arabian Centres Co. (ACC) announced the opening of “The View” mall, located on Makkah Al-Mukarramah Road in Riyadh.
4) Nayifat Finance Co. (NFC) begins trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on Nov. 22, with the symbol 4081 and ISIN Code: SA15DGH1VOH4.
5) Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. announced terminating the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Al-Enjaz National Schools Co. Ltd. to acquire 85% of the latter.
6) The Mediterranean and Gulf Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Co.’s (MEDGULF) rights trading period ended on Nov. 22.
7) Wataniya Insurance Co. submitted a request to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to increase its capital through offering rights issue shares.
8) Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maaden) and its African subsidiary Meridian Group in Malawi inaugurated a fertilizer terminal in Liwonde.
9) Brent crude on Tuesday declined 25 cents to reach $79.45 per barrel. WTI crude also decreased 43 cents to reach $76.3/bbl.
