During the launch of the unified logistics license
Transport General Authority President Rumaih Al-Rumaih handed over the first 32 licenses for logistics services to a number of private sector international and local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
On its official Twitter account, the authority said that this includes the management and planning of operations supporting the transport and storage of goods from the production stage to the end consumer, including cargo brokers (both air and land cargo) and warehouse management.
The step coincided with the launch of the unified logistics license by the Minister of Transport and Logistic Services, Saleh Al Jasser.
