Anaam International Holding Group starts today, Nov. 18, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on Nov. 22, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Last month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on electing members of the board of directors for the upcoming term, starting on Nov. 28, 2021, at the OGM, Argaam reported.
