Al Alamiya Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders will start on Nov. 13, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on Nov. 16, according to a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Last month, the company invited its shareholders vote on electing a new board of directors for the next three-year term at the OGM, Argaam reported.
