Hail Cement Co.’s shareholders approved the formation of audit committee, its tasks and supervisory and advising responsibilities for the upcoming three-year term, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on Nov. 10.
The company said in a bourse statement that the new term starts from Nov. 30, 2021 until Nov. 29, 2024.
The elected members are Othman Mohammed Omar Bafagih and Mansour Saleh Al Kharboush – both are non-board members -- and Abdul Aziz Tareq Al Bassam (independent).
