AlAhli REIT appoints new board member

SNB Capital Co., the fund manager of AlAhli REIT Fund (1), announced appointing Feras Houhou as a non-independent board member, effective Nov. 7, according to a bourse filing.

 

Post this appointment, the fund's board members are Abdulrahman AlRashed (Chairman), Mohammed Al Oaidi (independent), and Mohammed Al-Saqqaf, Ahmed Al-Mousa, Feras Houhou, and Hathal Al Otaibi (non-independent).
