National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC) said a deed was issued to own Al-Jouf land, which spans an area of 72 million square meters (sqm), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The deed was issued pursuant to the decision of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) under Royal Order No. 58378, which granted NADEC ownership of the parts of lands used by the company out of the total provided land plots.
On the other hand, NADEC pointed out that the deed for the Hail land is still in process by the related authorities and will be announced later on.
Al-Jouf land deed issuance was finalized, NADEC noted, adding that it is working on completing the necessary paperwork with the competent authorities regarding Hail land.
On Sept. 14, NADEC said a deed was issued in its favor to own land in Wadi Al Dawasir, on a total area of 269.21 million square meters (sqm), Argaam reported.
