Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Sunday.
1) United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) widened net losses to SAR 58 million for the first nine months of 2021.
2) The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved a request by Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. to float a 30% stake, or 36 million shares, in an initial public offering (IPO).
3) The Capital Market Authority (CMA) issued a decision to delist shares of Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. from the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
4) Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. said that Riyadh Commercial Court upheld the judgment issued on Aug. 10 in the legal case filed to end the procedure for the company's financial restructuring and starting liquidation.
5) Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 64.8 million for 9M 2021, a 53% decline year-on-year (YoY).
6) Bank AlJazira announced the issuance of Saudi Riyal-denominated Tier 2 sukuk not exceeding SAR 2 billion.
7) Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. announced the measures to be taken and the timeframe after accumulated losses reached 69.11% of its SAR 320 million capital.
8) Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. narrowed net losses after Zakat and tax by 39.4% to SAR 147.8 million for 9M 2021.
9) AYYAN Investment Co. reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 14.3 million for 9M 2021, a 55% decline YoY.
10) Brent crude on Friday gained $2.20 to reach $82.74 per barrel. WTI crude also increased $2.46 to reach $81.27/bbl.
