Herfy appoints Sam Bader as new CEO

Herfy Food Services Co.’s board of directors decided, in a meeting on Nov. 2, to appoint the acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sam Bader, as CEO, based on the recommendation of the nominations and remunerations committee.

 

The company said in a bourse filing that Bader started his career with Burger King in the US, before moving to work with McDonald’s, US. He has been with Herfy for the last 16 years and his latest position at the firm was Executive Director for Restaurants.

 

He completed studies in Accounting and Business Management from Jersey City State College, US.

 

In July, Herfy’s board of directors decided to end the assignment of Ahmed Bin Hamad Al-Said as acting CEO and appoint Sam Mohamed Bader in his place, according to data compiled by Argaam.
