Development Works Food appoints board Chairman, Vice Chairman

Development Works Food Co.’s board of directors approved, on Oct. 31, the appointment of Ashry Al-Ashry as new Chairman and Anas Al-Amoud as Vice Chairman. 

The board of directors also approved the formation of the nominations and remunerations committee, and the executive committee, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Moreover, the board secretary was also appointed for the new term, and the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Exchange Co. (Tadawul) were elected.

The audit committee formation was approved for the next three-year term by the general assembly meeting held on Sept. 16.

The board secretary, as well as the company's representatives to the CMA and Tadawul were appointed for all purposes related to the application of laws and executive regulations, the statement concluded.
