Edaa implements securities increase for Jadwa REIT Saudi

The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) implemented securities quantity increase for Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund on the center’s accounts of eligible securities’ holders today, Oct. 31.

According to data compiled by Argaam, trading of new units of Jadwa REIT Saudi will begin today.

Earlier this month, Jadwa Investment, the investment management and advisory firm in the Middle East, announced successful completion of the capital increase offering, which increased the fund’s total asset value across both in-kind and cash subscriptions by SAR 370 million, or 16.9%, to nearly SAR 2.56 billion.

The offering was 714% oversubscribed.
