Al Sagr shareholders approve auditors appointment

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved the appointment of auditors to examine, review and audit the financial statements for Q2, Q3 and 2021, and Q1 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Oct. 28.

 

The auditors are Alkharashi & Co. Certified Accountants & Auditors and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders also determined the auditors’ fees, the statement added.
