Shareholders of Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Co. will vote on electing a new board of directors for the next three-year term, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for Nov. 16, the company said in a bourse statement.
The new board term will start on Nov. 16, 2021.
They will also vote on the formation of the audit committee for the same three-year term.
Al Alamiya shareholders will also determine the committee's tasks and work controls, as well as the remuneration of its members.
The committee members are Saleh Al Shinifi (independent member) as well as Ayman Al-Ghamdi and Ahmed Al Salman (non-board members).
Shareholders can start e-voting on the agenda items as of Nov. 13 using Tadawulaty services, the statement added.
