Petro Rabigh shareholders elect board members for new term

Shareholders of Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co. (Petro Rabigh) elected a new board of directors for the three-year term, starting Nov. 3, 2021, to Nov. 2, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Oct. 20.

 

The elected board members include Ibrahim Qassim Al-Buainain, Suleman Amer Al-Bargan, Othman Ali Al-Ghamdi, Noriaki Takeshita, Takashi Shigemori, Seiji Takeuchi, Mohammed Abdullatif Al-Omair, Saleh Fahad Al-Nazha and Abdullah Jaber Al-Faifi.

 

Shareholders also approved forming the new audit committee for the new term, starting Nov. 3, 2021, until Nov. 2, 2024, and define its duties, work regulations, and member remunerations.

 

The elected audit committee members include Suleman Amer Al-Bargan, Noriaki Takeshita, Mohammed Abdullatif Al-Omair and Abdullah Jaber Al-Faifi.

 

In addition, they also approved forming the new nomination and remuneration committee starting Nov. 3, 2021, until Nov. 2, 2024.
