MEDGULF to open board membership nominations on Oct. 21

The Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (MEDGULF) will open tomorrow, Oct. 21, nominations for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting April 8, 2022.

 

Candidates can submit nomination applications until Nov. 21, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The nominated members will be elected during the general meeting, whose date will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
