Chemanol shareholders to elect new board on Nov. 9

Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) shareholders will vote on electing a new board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting Nov. 12, 2021, and ending Nov. 11, 2024, during an ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) slated to be held on Nov. 9, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the formation of the audit committee and determine its functions, work controls and remuneration for the same three-year term.
