Alkhabeer REIT sees a negotiated deal on 4.4 mln units

Alkhabeer REIT Fund saw a negotiated deal today, Oct. 17, where 4.4 million units were privately traded for SAR 38.1 million.

 

The deal represented 3.1% of the total fund’s units of 141 million.

 

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
