Halwani Bros shareholders elect board, audit members for new term

Halwani Bros. Co. shareholders elected a new board of directors for the upcoming three-year term from Nov. 7 to Nov. 6, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Oct. 13, according to a bourse statement. 

The elected members include Abdulaziz M. Yamani, Abdullah I. Al Howaish, Abdulelah A. Sabbahi, and Thamer Temairik – all representative of Aseer Al Arabia for Industrial Investment Co.

Other elected board members include Mohamed A. Halwani, May AbuGhazalah, Ghassan Ahmed Amodi, Mohammed H. Al Klaiby, and Sakhr Asaad Jamjoom.

Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee and defined its duties, work regulations and remuneration of its members for the same term.

Audit committee members include Abdulelah A. Sabbahi (chairman), Ghassan Ahmed Amodi, and Nasser Sahaj Al Shaibani.
