The Real Estate Contributions Commission (Tasfiah) issued decisions to disburse a total of SAR 1.51 billion to contributors in several contributions in a number of regions across the Kingdom.
This came after Tasfiah took several measures in order to preserve the rights of contributors in real estate contributions, including preparing legal, accounting and engineering studies, as well as issuing the necessary decisions, filing lawsuits, completing the sale, transferring ownership and collecting sums.
Tasfiah began to disburse SAR 1.51 billion to contributors in several real estate contributions, namely: the contribution of Al-Shorouk cities in Riyadh, the contribution of Al-Diriyah land in Diriyah Governorate, the contribution of Al-Gharbal in Jeddah Governorate, the contribution of Sharq Al-Khayatiya in Qatif Governorate, and the contribution of Jawharat Almatar in Dammam, and the contribution of Alfayhaa scheme in Al-Ahsa Governorate, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
The total amount recovered by Tasfiah since its formation so far exceeded SAR 11 billion, and work is still underway to liquidate and end the remaining real estate contributions.
