Falcom 30 ETF board member resigns

Falcom Financial Services announced in a bourse filing today, Oct. 13, a change in the membership of the board of directors of Falcom 30 ETF Fund.

 

The statement clarified that the dependent board member, Sulaiman Abu Tayeh, resigned from his position, effective, Oct. 10, 2021.

 

Accordingly, Falcom 30 ETF Fund’s board of directors will include Moath Bin Qassem Al-Khasawneh (Chairman), Saleh Bin Nasser Al-Omair (Dependent Member), Abdulkreem Bin Hammed Al-Njeedy (Independent Member), Mohammed Bin Msfer Al-Malky (Independent Member).
